  2. Cant join chat rooms?

    Добавьте чтобы можно было всегда оставаться в онлайне, получать уведомления о сообщениях если приложение не запущено. Так же добавьте возможность включения уведомлений (пока приложение закрыто) о смене статуса собеседников (онлайн)

    Can the app itself be password protected or if tats not possible then section within app can be protected like certain chat or complete chat section.

  7. Create account on iOS

    I recently helped with a CryptoParty where we showed people how to use OTR over XMPP. We chose to use ChatSecure for mobiles as my friend is used to the app on Android, but most people had iPhones, and we suddenly realised nobody could create a rows.io or dukgo.com account from within the app. Eventually we got people on with a mixture of GTalk, Facebook and a few dukgo.com accounts created via Adium etc, but account creation on iOS would have saved us a huge amount of time.

  8. Support for more network like IRC

    I'd like to see support for more network especially IRC.

    There is good implementation of IRC for iOS and the server side is in the cloud so you are always connected. http://www.irccloud.com/.

    iOS client is open source:

    IRC lacks encryption and a cloud service with clear text storage isn't that good sounding either.

  10. Enable user logins to be Tor hidden services (like Ricochet.im)

    The forthcoming OMEMO encryption will ensure security/confidentiality, but we still haven't got anonymity.

    XMPP servers means it's decentralised, but it's distributed rather than P2P.

    Ricochet (desktop only) is P2P which enables your user to be a hidden service, which then can communicate directly to other hidden service users too.

    As far as I see it, this is the end state of what all security-focused IM chat programs will use for their foundation.

    The encryption + anonymity of Tor is unparalleled, especially with them planning to add post-quantum cryptography within the next 3 releases as well.

    I imagine iOS 7 Beta is not supported yet, understandable.

    But if it helps, app does not show up in notification center selections. Just a heads up.

    I have switched from Port 5222 to 5223 and i can't connect to the server. Other clients work successful.

  15. Connecting to Facebook using XMPP (which works fine with other clients) fails withGCDAsyncSocketErrorDomain: Read operation timed out.

    It would be great to be able to directly use Jabber to connect to facebook.

  16. Turn tor on/off for an account

    Rather than choosing weather or not to use tor when setting up the account, it would be great to be able to turn it on/off for an existing account. I tried to add the same account twice, one with tor and one without, but then get an error saying I already added that account. The reason that I want to turn off tor is because it seems to be a bit unstable on this app at the moment...

    There are few issues with the iPad version

    1) It doesn't show the chat list/area
    2) when you send a text, It does not clear the textbox area
    3) it keep freezing which you will need to close the app and reopen it again

  18. No feedback on failed "Initiate encrypted chat"

    If the other person is typing from Facebook and I try to initiate an otr session, it should say "person not using chatsecure". Would also be good to filter only contacts who are. Better yet: for marketing, if I try to initiate otr and the person is not on a compatible client, send them a plaintext msg linking to ChatSecure.
