Pics or Files
Either with or without Orbot activated (on one or bith of test devices) we are unable to send pics or files. We did not have this problem with Gibberbot but with the new Chatsecure upgrade we are now experiencing this issue.

Gibberbot did not support sending pictures or files, so I am not sure what you mean.
